A program built for you.
A 12-month journey through the Integrated Performance Model, building foundation, capacity, and performance in the exact order your body needs.
Most programs jump straight to advanced interventions. We don't.
We build in three phases, because you can't sustain performance on a broken foundation.
The integrated performance programMost nutrition approaches give everyone the same protocol and hope for the best.
Before we build your protocol, we need to know what's actually happening in your body.
Data first. Protocol second. Results that last.my approachThe Integrated Performance Model (IPM)
Most programs treat nutrition, stress, and movement as separate issues.
But your body doesn't work that way.
The Integrated Performance Model (IPM) is the clinical framework behind my work, integrating three pillars that work together because your body functions as a whole system, not isolated parts.
Functional NutritionNutrition that targets the root causes of your symptoms and supports your performance. Data-driven and personalized, never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Nervous System RegulationStrategies that build real physiological capacity, because your body must feel safe before it can perform or absorb what you're doing.
Movement scienceEvidence-based movement and recovery are integrated directly into your protocol, rather than being treated as separate from the rest of your system.
The Three Phases
Everyone starts at Phase 1. After completing each phase, you choose: graduate, maintain, or continue to the next phase.
Your body determines the pace. Your goals determine how far we go.Phase 1
METABOLIC FOUNDATION
Build your metabolic baseline, establish sustainable habits, and understand your body composition and blood sugar regulation.4 months | $350/month
Tools:
InBody scan, meal tracking + analysis, optional CGM
Phase 2
NERVOUS SYSTEM & BRAIN HEALTH
Regulate your nervous system, address gut-brain health, and build the capacity to handle stress and perform consistently.4 months | $450/month
Labs Included:
GI-MAP + Zonulin + HTMA (~$479 value)
Phase 3
PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL
Build performance nutrition based on your genetic blueprint, with advanced training fueling and recovery strategies.4 months | $450/month
Labs Included:
3x4 Genetics + HTMA ($389 value)
How It Works
-

FREE CONSULTATION
20 Minutes
We talk about your goals, your history, and what you've already tried. By the end, you'll know if this program is right for you and what Phase 1 looks like. No pressure, no pitch. -

METABOLIC FOUNDATION
Month 1
This is your assessment month. We establish your baseline with InBody scans, metabolic assessment, and your initial protocol. Your 60-minute kickoff session sets the foundation for the next 4 months. -

BUILD, REFINE, PERFORM
Months 2-4
Bi-weekly check-ins, real-time protocol adjustments, progress tracking, and support between sessions. This is where the shift actually happens. -

CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP
After 4 months, you choose:
Graduate (you have the tools and foundation)
Maintain (monthly check-ins to sustain progress)
Continue to Phase 2 (build nervous system capacity and address gut-brain health)Most clients complete Phase 1, see results, and choose to continue to Phase 2.
Why Data Comes First
Symptoms are signals. Data tells us what's driving them.
The difference between guessing and knowing is the difference between a protocol that might work and one that's built specifically for your body.
Each test answers a different question about the same body.Anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and poor recovery rarely come from just one place. They come from interconnected systems that need to be read together, not treated in isolation.
That's why each phase includes functional lab testing, because we need to know what's actually happening in your body before we build your protocol.
-
In-person scan + app + optional wearable
Used in Phase 1: Metabolic FoundationReal-time body composition data, muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, and resting metabolic rate, combined with meal pattern analysis and optional 14-day continuous glucose monitoring. Shows exactly what your metabolism is doing right now, not what we assume based on symptoms.
-
Non-invasive hair sample
Used in Phase 2 & 3Shows how your body has adapted to stress over the past 2–3 months, mineral patterns, adrenal load, nervous system state, and toxic element burden. The mineral ratios reveal what's driving fatigue, reactivity, and poor recovery at a foundational level.
-
At-home stool sample
Used in Phase 2: Nervous System & Brain HealthA comprehensive gut microbiome map, pathogens, bacteria balance, intestinal permeability, and immune response. The gut produces 90% of serotonin and communicates directly with the brain via the vagus nerve. This test shows why your gut may be driving your mood, focus, and nervous system symptoms.
-
At-home cheek swab
Used in Phase 3: Performance ProtocolMaps 36 key genes covering nutrient metabolism, inflammation response, power vs. endurance predisposition, detoxification, and recovery. Your genetic blueprint for how your body is built, so we stop guessing and start working with your biology.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. You start with Phase 1 (4 months). After that, you choose whether to continue to Phase 2.
-
In rare cases, yes, if you've done extensive metabolic work elsewhere and have recent data. We'll determine this in your free consultation.
-
You can pause between phases. Your protocol stays with you, and you can restart when you're ready.
-
Phase 1 uses InBody scans (optional for virtual clients). Phases 2 and 3 include functional lab testing as part of the program cost.
-
Both! In-person in Savannah, GA or virtual nationwide. InBody scans are in-person only, but virtual clients can use alternative tracking methods.
