Resilience Starts Here. I believe that true wellness isn’t about restrictive diets, intense workout routines, or quick-fix solutions—it’s about building a body that thrives. I help active individuals and high achievers reclaim energy, restore metabolic health, and create lifelong resilience through integrative nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation.
My Journey to Resilience
My passion for holistic health began at age 11, when my mother introduced me to functional and integrative medicineafter my father’s passing. But despite my early exposure, I spent years battling panic attacks, chronic stress, and metabolic burnout—pushing my body through intense workouts while unknowingly under-fueling. Nothing seemed to work—until I finally integrated nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation in a way that truly supported my body.
Through this journey, I realized something profound: our bodies are built to heal and thrive when given the right tools. Today, I use my expertise to help others break free from exhaustion, metabolic dysfunction, and stress overload—so they can regain energy, strength, and control over their health.
My Approach
I bridge the gap between science-backed nutrition, strategic movement, and nervous system resilience, offering a holistic, sustainable method for optimizing performance and longevity. My work is designed for:

Credentials & Experience
I hold a Master’s in Nutrition, a Post-Graduate Sports Nutrition Diploma, and I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). I’m also pursuing my Functional Medicine Certification and have over 20 fitness certifications, including Personal Training and Group Exercise.
I’ve worked with Apple, Google, Amazon, and Kaiser Permanente, leading corporate wellness initiatives and performance-based health programs. As a former Zumba Fitness choreographer and presenter, I’ve taught over 600 workshops and 5,000 live-stream classes, inspiring thousands worldwide. Today, I focus on bringing science-backed, holistic health strategies to people virtually, helping them take control of their well-being.
