Hi, I’m Meli.
I’m a nutritionist, fitness expert, and wellness coach with 17 years of experience helping women build resilient health and vitality. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, I’m passionate about guiding individuals who feel stuck, fatigued, or overwhelmed to reclaim their energy and thrive.
My journey to wellness began at age 11 after a traumatic event triggered years of stress and panic attacks. Through integrative nutrition, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation, I found a path to healing and resilience. Today, I empower others to overcome chronic fatigue, balance hormones, improve gut health, and build lasting energy to feel their best at every stage of life.

I specialize in addressing chronic inflammation, a root cause of fatigue, autoimmunity, hormonal imbalances, and low performance. By targeting these issues through integrative nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation, I help clients lower cortisol, restore energy, and cultivate resilience. My approach focuses on helping women rebuild their vitality and regain control of their health with personalized, sustainable strategies.
Credentials & Expertise
With a Master’s in Nutrition, a Post-Graduate Sports Nutrition Diploma, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) credential, I bring a science-backed approach to wellness. I’m also pursuing my Functional Medicine Certification and hold over 20 fitness certifications, including Personal Training and Group Exercise.
Experience & Impact
Over the years, I’ve partnered with organizations like Apple, Google, Amazon, and Kaiser Permanente to lead wellness initiatives. As a former Zumba Fitness choreographer and presenter, I’ve taught over 600 workshops and 5,000 live-stream classes, inspiring thousands worldwide. Today, I focus on offering virtual wellness programs to help women embrace vibrant, resilient health and live life to the fullest.
