A functional strength class focused on building a resilient, well-supported body not just burning calories. Using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight, we train foundational patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat, carry) with an emphasis on form, breath, and joint integrity. Expect smart progressions, nervous-system-aware pacing, and programming that supports hormone health, bone density, and long-term performance.
