Q&A

  • These sessions are calming, body-aware, and tailored to your energy level. You can expect:

    • Breathwork to ground and regulate your nervous system

    • Self-myofascial release using therapy balls or tools

    • Slow, functional movement to unlock tension and improve mobility

    • A trauma-aware, non-performative approach—no experience needed

    • Space to reconnect with your body and walk away feeling lighter, safer, and stronger

    • A small towel and water

    • Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in

    • Optional: blocks, a bolster, or any props you love for support

  • Fascia is your body’s connective tissue network—wrapping muscles, organs, and nerves.
When fascia is tight, dehydrated, or restricted, it can limit movement, cause pain, and impact your overall health. These sessions use targeted self-myofascial release to help improve flexibility, circulation, and reduce tension patterns built from stress or training.

  • Movement is one of the most powerful tools for nervous system regulation.
Gentle breath-led movement, fascial release, and grounding exercises help shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) state. This is key to healing, recovering, and building resilience over time.

  • The vagus nerve is a key player in your body’s stress response and recovery.
By stimulating the vagus nerve through breathwork, movement, and gentle pressure points, we help your body down-regulate, digest better, reduce inflammation, and support mental calm and clarity.

  • Yes. These sessions are designed to meet your body where it’s at.
They’re gentle, exploratory, and customized for your energy level, mobility, and comfort. No intense workouts—just deep support through slow, mindful movement and recovery tools.

  • Not at all.
This isn’t about performing—it’s about reconnecting. You’ll be guided through everything at your pace. Whether you’re an athlete, working with chronic stress, or brand new to movement, you’ll find relief and restoration here.

You’ll Gain:

Calm energy, mobility, and the ability to feel safe in your own body.
These sessions are like a nervous system reset—on the mat, through the body.
