Q&A
-
Not at all! The choreography is accessible and repetitive, designed to help you feel the beat rather than focus on perfecting steps. You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move, breathe, and have fun.
-
Expect easy-to-follow dance combinations inspired by global rhythms — Latin, Afro, Funk, Tribal, and more. The choreography is built with repetition, flow, and body cues, so it’s supportive rather than overwhelming. It’s about how it feels, not how it looks.
-
It’s both. This class bridges the gap between fitness and embodiment. You’ll break a sweat, but you’ll also breathe deeper, move slower at times, and tune into your body. This class helps you regulate stress, boost energy, and move with joy — from the inside out.
-
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. Barefoot or sneakers — your choice. You may want a mat or towel nearby for grounding at the end, and water to stay hydrated.
-
The class follows a general arc: arrival + breathwork, rhythmic warm-up, guided choreography, integration flow, and closing. The music, choreography, and focus may vary by session — keeping things fresh and fun while supporting nervous system rhythm.
