How It Works

1. Schedule a Guide Call

A brief call to understand your goals, clarify what you’re experiencing, and determine the best path forward: prevention, hormone support, metabolic work, or performance.

2. Complete Intake & Labs

You’ll complete a comprehensive intake, and when appropriate, we’ll order targeted functional labs (including metabolic markers, hormones, gut health, and stress response) to gain a deeper understanding of your physiology.

3. Functional Assessment & Consultation

We review your full picture: energy patterns, menstrual health, metabolism, digestion, stress load, movement, sleep, nervous system signals, and current habits.
This assessment becomes your roadmap.

4. Personalized Protocol

Receive a tailored plan across nutrition, metabolism, movement, recovery, and supplementation. This is built around your life phase (pre/peri/postmenopause), performance level, or stress physiology.

5. Coaching & Integration

Follow-ups every 2–4 weeks support habit building, nervous system recalibration, metabolic progress, and personalized adjustments as your body adapts.

6. Long-Term Prevention & Vitality

You’ll gain clarity about what your body needs and a plan you can return to across seasons of life, hormonal shifts, and performance demands.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to support your goals wherever you are.

Initial Integrative Assessment
Duration: 90 minutes

Comprehensive intake, symptom + lifestyle mapping, and lab review (if available). You’ll leave with a clear plan for nutrition, recovery, and next steps.

We dive into:

✔ Stress load + life stage
✔ Movement and recovery
✔ Labs (previous or requested)
✔ Symptoms + energy profile

You leave with:
✔ A personalized roadmap
✔ Clear next steps
✔ Lab recommendations (if needed)

Follow-Up Consultations
Duration: 30-45 minutes

This is where transformation happens: steady, guided, supported. We refine, adjust, and support your plan based on:

  • Progress

  • Labs

  • Life changes

  • Training load

  • Hormonal shifts

  • Stress cycles

I recommend a 3–4 times per year check-in schedule for preventive care.
For athletes or active individuals, monthly or bi-monthly may be appropriate during demanding seasons.

Follow-up 45 minutes: $150
Follow-up 30 minutes: $120
