A plan built for you.

FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE NUTRITION

Most nutrition approaches give everyone the same protocol and hope for the best.

Before we build your protocol, we need to know what's actually happening in your body.

Results that last.
my approach

The Integrated Performance Model (IPM)

The Integrated Performance Model (IPM) is the clinical framework behind my work, integrating three pillars that work together because your body functions as a whole system, not isolated parts.

Functional Nutrition

Nutrition that targets the root causes of your symptoms and supports your performance. Data-driven and personalized, never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Nervous System Regulation

Strategies that build real physiological capacity, because your body must feel safe before it can perform or absorb what you're doing.

Movement science

Evidence-based movement and recovery are integrated directly into your protocol, rather than being treated as separate from the rest of your system.

How I work

  • FREE CONSULTATION (20 minutes)

    FREE CONSULTATION

We talk about your goals, your history, and what you've already tried. No pressure, no pitch.

  • Data + Protocol Delivery

    METABOLIC FOUNDATION

This is your assessment month. We establish your baseline with InBody scans (if needed), metabolic assessment, and your initial protocol. Your 60-minute kickoff session sets the foundation for the journey.

  • Build, Refine, Perform

    BUILD, REFINE, PERFORM

Monthly or Bi-weekly check-ins, real-time protocol adjustments, progress tracking, and support between sessions. This is where the shift actually happens.

    CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP

    After 4 months, you choose:
Graduate (you have the tools and foundation)
Maintain (monthly check-ins to sustain progress)

Some of the tools I use:

Symptoms are signals. Data tells us what's driving them.

The difference between guessing and knowing is the difference between a protocol that might work and one that's built specifically for your body.

Each test answers a different question about the same body.

Anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and poor recovery rarely come from just one place. They come from interconnected systems that need to be read together, not treated in isolation.

  • In-person scan + app + optional wearable

Real-time body composition data, muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat, hydration, and resting metabolic rate, combined with meal pattern analysis and optional 14-day continuous glucose monitoring. Shows exactly what your metabolism is doing right now, not what we assume based on symptoms.

  • Your expanded health check assesses key markers for metabolism, inflammation, thyroid, and nutrients that reveal how your body is functioning and where it may need support. Total biomarkers: 82.

  • Foundational inflammation testing to identify elevated inflammatory markers that may be driving chronic disease, fatigue, and accelerated aging. Total biomarkers: 64.

  • GI MAP: A comprehensive gut microbiome map, pathogens, bacteria balance, intestinal permeability, and immune response. The gut produces 90% of serotonin and communicates directly with the brain via the vagus nerve. This test shows why your gut may be driving your mood, focus, and nervous system symptoms.

3X4 GENETICS: Maps 36 key genes covering nutrient metabolism, inflammation response, power vs. endurance predisposition, detoxification, and recovery. Your genetic blueprint for how your body is built, so we stop guessing and start working with your biology.
