The Integrated Performance Model (IPM)
The Integrated Performance Model (IPM) is the clinical framework behind my work, with three pillars that work together because your body functions as a whole system, not isolated parts.
Functional NutritionNutrition that targets the root causes of your symptoms and supports your performance. Data-driven and personalized, never one-size-fits-all.
Nervous System RegulationStrategies that build real physiological capacity, because your body must feel safe before it can perform or absorb what you're doing.
Movement scienceEvidence-based movement and recovery integrated directly into your protocol, rather than treated as separate from the rest of your system.

How It Works
Step 1
Free Consultation (20 minutes)
We talk about your goals, your history, and what you've already tried. No pressure, this is where we figure out together which tier and which testing, if any, is the right fit.
Step 2
Initial Consultation (everyone starts here)
InBody scan, full nutrition and nervous system assessment, and a 90-minute deep-dive session that sets the foundation for your care.
Step 3
Based on what we uncover together, I'll recommend the program that fits what your body actually needs right now: Regulate, Capacity, or Perform, rather than asking you to guess which one to pick.
Some of the tools I use:
Because symptoms are signals, and data tells us what's actually driving them.
Testing is never automatic. We decide together which tools make sense for your case, at whatever tier you're in. The difference between guessing and knowing is the difference between a protocol that might work and one that's built specifically for your body.
Available at any tier, discussed during your consultation, never a one-size-fits-all add-on.
