Functional Nutritionist • Performance Specialist • Integrative Resilience Practitioner
Meli is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and integrative practitioner who helps women, athletes, and high-performing professionals rebuild resilient energy through functional nutrition, movement strategy, and stress physiology. Her work centers on preventive care—using functional labs, blood chemistry analysis, metabolic markers, and nervous–system–informed tools to identify early patterns of fatigue, hormonal shifts, inflammation, gut imbalance, and performance decline before they become more significant problems.
Currently pursuing her doctorate in Integrative Health, Meli’s research focuses on how metabolism, recovery, and stress biology shape energy capacity in active women. With two decades of experience in fitness and performance coaching, she combines science with lived experience, teaching clients how to fuel their bodies better, regulate stress, improve body composition, and build long-term resilience.
Her approach is rooted in clarity, compassion, and practicality, supporting women through perimenopause and menopause transitions, guiding athletes through performance cycles, and helping anyone living in chronic stress rebuild the capacity to feel well again.
